Lauren is the owner of Luxe Studio and a Registered Electrologist, trained by the Electrology Institute of New England (E.I.N.E) in Tewksbury, MA. In addition to electrology, Lauren has received a diploma from Worcester Academy and a degree in Communication from Endicott College. Lauren is passionate about hair removal and maintaining the integrity of the skin. It is important to Lauren to form trusting relationships with clients and help achieve their hair removal goals. Luxe Studio prides itself on being a LGBTQ+ safe space and Lauren works closely with members of the Trans community. When she is not working, you can find Lauren spending time with friends, family and her three rescue dogs, Cody, Tito and Goose. It has always been a dream of Lauren’s to own her own aesthetic business and help others look and feel their best.
Megan Gajewski, NP
Nurse Practitioner & Medical Director of Luxe
Megan is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in skin rejuvenation and medical aesthetics. She has been in the medical field for over 15 years. She is a board-certified practitioner with a background in family medicine, geriatric, and substance abuse treatment. She is the owner of Innovative in Millbury, MA. Megan specializes in neurotoxin injections (*Botox), chemical peels, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, weight loss programs, and vitamin injections. Megan went into the aesthetic field to have a better work life balance and to really enjoy what she was doing everyday. She uses an approach to enhance her client’s natural beauty and helping her clients reach their goals.
Jessica Soligon
Licensed Esthetician
Jessica Soligon is a master esthetician who graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2013. Jessica’s true passion is helping clients improve the quality of their skin and achieving their skin care goals. She specializes in anti-aging and acne treatments, staying on top of her specialties through continuing education, customized treatment plans and knowledge of proper home care. Jessica has achieved certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, medical grade chemical peels, advanced acne treatments, the Face Reality acne program and lash lifting and tinting. With Jessica, you can always expect a true spa pampering experience. She prides herself on a relaxing touch and goal-oriented results to make you look and feel great!
Stephanie Paglione

Stephanie has been an esthetician since 2008, graduating from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and Spa Tech Institute. Stephanie has continued to master her craft obtaining certifications in various skin care treatments and professional skin care products. Stephanie has gained her most valuable knowledge through her in-person, real life interactions and forming relationships with clients over the years. Stephanie utilizes treatments such as micro needling, chemical peels, the Face Reality acne program, microdermabrasion, dermasweep infusions, skin classic, dermaplaning, extractions and more to provide goal oriented results, while still maintaining a relaxing mind and body experience. Stephanie’s favorite part of esthetics is making her clients feel good inside and out, while also building a personal connection with them. Tiffany Zavala
Office Coordinator & Licensed Esthetician
Tiffany has been the receptionist and spa coordinator since Luxe opened in 2020. As the go-to person clients speak with over the phone and the first person to greet clients when they arrive at Luxe, Tiffany has formed great relationships with our clients over the years. Tiffany has always been passionate about esthetics and laser treatments, and decided to get her esthetics license. Tiffany graduated from SpaTech in 2023 and is ready to help clients with their skincare and laser hair removal goals. Now you’ll not only see Tiffany at the front desk, but in the treatment room as well!
Terri Kanieff
Registered Electrologist
Terri was trained in electrolysis and laser hair removal at the Electrolgy Institute of New England in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she earned her degree in Psychology from Framingham State University and worked with the Special Education community for many years. Developing an environment of trust and comfort is important to her practice, while helping her client’s define and achieve their goals of becoming hair free. She educates her clients about the process of hair removal and which modalities are best for their specific needs. As a lifelong learner, Terri continues to keep up to date on all new developments in the hair removal and skin care industries.
Katie Azzarone
Registered Electrologist
Katie is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England (E.I.N.E). She has been practicing electrolysis for nearly 30 years along with laser and IPL for nearly 20 years. Katie has many years experience in the Medical Spa industry and has a love for all things in the field. She really enjoys helping people feel their best!
