When you book a service at Luxe Electrology & Aesthetic Studio, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled in less than 24-hours is subject to a non-refundable fee of the service booked. If the client is a no-show they will be charged the full amount of their booked service, no exceptions. Tardiness will result in a lesser treatment time, or possible refusal to treat the client based on schedule timing at their technician’s discretion. Any and all fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable as they are stated clearly upon booking an appointment.
